Почта как почта. Со всеми вытекающими очередями и медлительным персоналом,и зависающими компьютерами.

Молодцы, хорошее отделение и люди доброжелательные. Смогли разобраться в изменениях ПО и выдать перевод WU , тогда как в двух отделениях ранее просто говорили что у них ничего не работает.

Лишний раз переплачиваю за доставку, чтобы не ходить. С очередной сменой руководителя, пришли и новые сотрудницы. Лишь одна девушка (сейчас она зам) давно работает, грамотная и корректная. Остальным всем во главе с руководителем дела нет ни до чего, ощущение, просто ждут, пока день закончится, а все эти люди (клиенты) ходят и напрягают их. Оператор Скорикова Наталья продолжала заниматься своими делами, я стояла ее ждала, думая, что она ищет посылку, а она просто сканировала поступившую почту. Когда заместитель руководителя задала ей вопрос «что девушка ждёт? Обслужи!», она ответила «Пусть ждёт». И продолжила осваивать компьютер ( с ним она на «вы», судя по скорости и озадаченности). Наведите порядок, уважаемые руководители!

Отделение маленькое, тесно, душно, жарко. Больше 4 человек в отделении, считай, можно на улице ждать. Персонал - отдельная тема. Вежливости - ноль, взгляд исподлобья, не расторопны, особенно, если сотрудник в возрасте старше 40 лет. С компьютером на "вы", система виснет, платежи не проходят.

Медленно продвигается очередь из-за древнего программного обеспечения компьютеров, которые постоянно виснут. Нет кассовых аппаратов, принимают только наличку. Помещение маленькое.
