Обычное почтовое отделение как и везде. Очередь почти всегда. Ждать приходится минут 10-15. Почти все получают посылки из китая

Вторую неделю не могу получить "мелкий пакет". Очередь - не помещается в отделении. Работает один человек. Полдня стоять в очереди не-могу. Три раза пытался заказать "доставку на дом" - услуга заявлена на сайте Почты РФ https://www.pochta.ru/support/post-rules/home-delivery - телефон стабильно не отвечает. Просто не берут трубку. Вот это сервис ! Вот это управление !
