Кошмарнейшее почтовое отделение - потеряли моё отправление, хотя в системе отметили, что вручено адресату. Не извинились, хамство полное, начальница и некоторые работники - хабалки и грубиянки, заявление на розыск принимать не хотели вообще. Совести и стыда нет у людей, видимо, в детстве не привили такие понятия. Позорище и дискредитация всей системы Почты России!

Отделение бедное, зачуханное, но никаких проблем с получением посылки у меня не возникло. На Дубль-гисе отображаются старые отзывы про какую-то "жуткую бабку" на выдаче... Это неактуальная инфа, посылки выдаёт нормальная девка, можно получить и по трек-номеру, и по штрих-коду.

Потеряли очень важную посылку. Посылка шла с Урала, почти 2 месяца. Трек на сайте поменялся пару раз - в плане географии, потом, между главным офисом на Лермонтовской и 19 отделением посылка пропала. Написала заявление, приложила все квитанции, распечатки с сайта, ноль... Девушки на горячей линии снова и снова предлагали мне посетить отделении и поискать там. На Советской 20 меня уже стали узнавать в лицо - настолько часто я там появлялась. В отделе выдачи говорили что квитанции не приносят , потому что почтальон в отпуске! 3й месяц.....!!! когда прошло и это время, мне стали хамить, говорить что "не будут перерывать весь архив из-за одной посылки"... Когда я, уже на нервах, приехала (в который раз!) на Лермонтовскую, мне посоветовали забыть этот инцидент и пользоваться впредь услугами транспортных компаний... Занавес...
