Абсолютная некомпетентность большинства работников этого отделения просто возмущает. Моя посылка была со статусом "ожидает в месте вручения". Оператор мне говорит, что посылки пришли, но мы их не обработали, может быть завтра, я вам не выдам ничего. Только после многочисленных пререканий мои вынужденные крики были услышаны ещё одним оператором, которая почему то смогла найти мою посылку, отправить мне пароль для получения и спокойно мне её отдать. Прошу принять меры по обучению персонала!!!!!! Почему я должна тратить свои нервы и время на то, чтобы просто забрать свою посылку из отделения почты???

Отделение открывается на пол часа позже. Закрывается ранаше на минут 15-20.персонал хамы .куда смотрит начальство не понятно.
