К сожалению, последнее время приходится пользоваться услугами данного заведения. Программа работает через раз. Извещения на получение заказных писем приносят несвоевременно, при чем в истории отслеживания еще умудряются указать "неудачная попытка вручения", а я из квартиры в тот день даже не выходила. Электронные уведомления на судебные отправления не приходят. Попросила сотрудницу изменить данные для электронных извещений, она ответила, что это не к ним вопрос. Впредь предпочту услуги курьерской доставки.

Худшее отделение, стабильно прихожу 2 раза в месяц за посылками. И каждый раз то программа не работает, то интернета нет. В итоге не могу получить посылку. Нужен обязательно паспорт никакую копию, ни скан, ни фото у вас не примут. А также должен быть у вас с собой уведомление в печатной форме. Но простите, как уведомление у меня будет, если почтальоны не разносят или разносят но очень редко. Мне сунули кучу этих бумажных уведомлений мол перебирай и ищи своё и тогда будет тебе счастье. Тем самым работники сидят и только кричат что у них ничего не работает... перебрав все уведомления, я не нашла своё. Вот и весь парадокс. И зачем тогда мне эта ваша электронная подпись, если каждый мой приход в это почтовое отделение заканчивается нервотрепкой?
