Сегодня в 19-30 в окне N 1, где продают коневерты и работала нервная сотрудница, которая грубит посетителям! В отделении нет системы - принимают то по электронной очереди, то в порядке живой, все медленно и не организованно. Простояла там полчаса, чтоб купить марки и отправить открытки в дома престарелых, в итоге эта мадам с 1 окна отказалась продавать марки, тк 2 минуты до закрытия видите ли. Такого отношения я не видела ни в одном городе России на почте. Такие сотрудники просто позорят Культурную столицу России своим хамством! Вообще не стоит таким людям работать на почте, лишила пожилых людей маленькой новогодней радости! Все работают вообще-то и устают, но вести себя надо по-человечески и под конец рабочего дня! А качество обслуживания в филиалах Почты России Приморского района Спб срочно надо повышать! Не выдерживает никакой критики!

Отвратительно организован прием граждан, постоянные очереди. Неоднократно получаю письма в данном отделении ни одного дня не было без очереди, не смотря на COVID-19 меры ни какие не применяются, столпотворение людей, персонала для обслуживания не хватает. Вопросы к руководству почты, хватит экономить на живых людях, откройте еще одно отделение район отстроился и расширился, а отделение осталось одно. Не хватает денег на персонал выход есть, уменьшите себе зарплату и сократите количество начальников и будет всем счастье.

Почему в любом отделении Почты России, происходит какой-то крындец? Что бы получить одну нелепую бумажку, нужно отстоять в очереди которая фиг знает где начинается и заканчивается, 2 часа!!! Почта России, задолбали!
