Некомпетентные хамы. Сотрудники переходят на личности с каждым посетителем. Работают без масок и перчаток, нет разметок и защитных панелей. Роскомнадзору следовало бы посетить данное заведение с проверкой.

Ощущение что меня изначиловали, 30 минут в очереди живой, затем 30 минут в электронной. Почта России из одной очереди сделал 2 очереди. Почта в 3080 году пока мы тут боремься с ковидом

Живём год в этом районе. Действительно, самое адекватное и расторопное отделение, среди всех, в которых бывала. Всегда спрашивают, у кого есть уже заполненные уведомления и по ним быстро выдают посылки вне очереди (кстати сами уведомления тоже приносят сразу по прибытию посылки по трекинг-номеру в инете, еще и повторное уведомление иногда уже через 2 дня кидают в ящик), совсем маленькие посылки могут пропихнуть в сам ящик. Ни разу ничего не потеряли, не напортачили. Всегда позитивные, улыбающиеся, помогающие. Даже когда я пришла за посылками в новогодние праздники, рассчитывая долго стоять в очереди, я провела там не больше 20 минут, хотя народу было прилично (человек 15)! Не знаю, что ещё отметить, по мне со всех ракурсов шикарное отделение, вот вообще ни одной придирки к ним!

Самое адекватное отделение, что я видела в своей жизни. Приятные и расторопные сотрудницы, даже в конце трудодня улыбаются и шутят. За три года, что я живу в этом районе, ни разу не слышала от них «мы через 20 минут закрываемся», «У МЕНЯ ОБЕД!» и «я вам что, справочная»? Мне даже им иногда хочется шоколадку принести :)
