Раньше мой адрес был приписан к П.О на ул. Большая Зеленина. Это было удобно, недалеко от дома, милое, небольшое, уютное отделение. Потом вдруг наш микрорайон насильственно приписали к почте на Введенской. И это отвратительно! Далеко от дома, в стороне от моих маршрутов! Огромное помещение, толпы народа, очереди, нет сидений для пожилых людей и экрана с информацией, приходится полагаться на слух, когда вызывают номер. Я очень недовольна этой почтой!

Необходимо пояснить сотрудникам смысл существования электронной очереди. Когда пришел, взяв талончик сидел ждал. Потом поглядывал на женщин растерянных, которые по совковому просто без талона шли на получение посылки. Таким образом обслужили трех человек, простоял лишних 20 минут, пока не поднял волну негодования. Только после этого они начали проверять талоны.

В будни стало много народу. Особенно на получение. Ситуация получше после 7 вечера. В выходные по утрам вообще никого. Время работы теперь продлено — до 10 в будним до 6 по выходным. Удобно. Безнал не принимают. Формально должны, но висит написанная от руки записка про технические причины, и так уже месяц. Посылки в бумагу не пакуют. У меня отказались принять посылку в коробке, обёрнутой белым полиэтиленом. Склоняли покупать их конверт. Упаковала в итоге в бумагу сама, дома.

Летом красота — нет никого. Чаще всего хожу в выходные — никаких очередей, особенно в воскресенье. Упаковку покупаю заранее в Комусе, там почтовые конверты в три раза дешевле. А сегодня увидела, что Почта начала принимать безнал! Дожили мы до светлого будущего.
