Ужасное отделение, было всего два посетителя (включая меня). В итоге 30 минут ждала, когда одного человека обслужат два кассира (оператора). Пока ждала, пришли ещё, и почему то их вперёд обслужили, чем меня. Медленно работают, такое ощущение, что первый день на работе... (очень сдерживаю маты)

Из китая, больше 10000 километров: отправлено 17 октября, пришло 29 - 12 дней. Доставка до двери через два дома, сотня метров, доставка до двери: заказано 4 ноября, "примерная дата доставки 6 ноября" - уже 13ое число и мне даже не позвонили. Еще пара дней и окажется что эти сто метров посылка едет дольше чем из китая.

30 января я пришёл в отделение за новогодними покупками от интернет магазина, которые должны были уже прийти. Мне сказали, что ничего нет. Я пришёл 14 января – опять ничего. Я написал заявление на розыск отправлений (есть документ). 22 января мне сообщили, что отправления пролежали в отделении месяц и их отправили обратно продавцу! Шесть оплаченных мною покупок!!! На мой вопрос – как так? Что делать? Ответили – принимайте решение сами, мы ничего сказать не можем.

Отвратительное почтовое отделение. Работает чаще всего одно окно из двух, электронная очередь есть но ее не соблюдает никто с попущения сотрудников, бабки нагло лезут без очереди, в отделении шум и вой. В одном окне - выдача пенсий, прием и выдача посылок. Рекомендую по возможности избегать посещения данного заведения.

Пару раз была на этой почте, все было быстро и по электронной очереди. Недавно попала, когда эл очередь не работала... с 17:30 ждала, чтобы отправить посылку, отправила в 18:48!! Завис компьютер, в одной из 2 касс, во второй была только выдача пенсий. Ужасное обслуживание

Отвратительное обслуживание. Каждый поход в это отделение - это трата нервов. Все женщины сидят с видом отвращения к людям. На вопросы либо не отвечают, либо отвечают похамски. Постоянно огромные очереди. Электронные очереди у них постоянно не работает. Непонятно зачем держат на работе старых женщин, а не молодой персонал, который обслужит в 2-3 раза быстрее
