Женщина по имени Дарина. Сидит в Почта банке, разговаривает в наушниках по телефону. На просьбу помочь, хамит, вольяжно ходит. Полный ужас, вся очередь стоявшая в отделении, была в шоке. Качество Обслуживания на полном нуле. Пыталась позвонить кому-нибудь выше, не берут трубки. Кому обратиться, когда наблюдаешь такое...

Я наверное очень везучий человек) хожу на эту почту с 2015го года, не стану спорить, что бывают очереди, как в принципе и на любой почте, а в основном мне очень везёт)) и жду недолго, и влетев за пару минут до закрытия, когда все очень хотят домой, мне и отправили посылку, и выдали! Альтернативы то все равно нет, это мое отделение по прописке)

Почтовое отделение с адекватными работниками, ни кто не жалуется, не ворчит. Все всегда очень быстро, спокойно и без очередей.

Зашла в субботу, очередь из 6 человек, электронная запись не работает, провела около получаса, хотя мне нужно было только купить марки :) Сотрудница на рабочем месте была одна, сложилось впечатление, что ей не хватает опыта, обычные вопросы посетителей вызывали у неё серьезные затруднения, постоянно куда-то убегала. На мой вопрос, а есть ли ещё сотрудники в здании, так как очередь росла, я получила отрицательный ответ. Через некоторое время в отделение зашёл мужчина, крикнул чьё-то имя и отчество, и о чудо — появилась ещё одна сотрудница, взяла у него письмо и скрылась, сказав, что ничем помочь не может и принимать остальные бумаги не будет. Звонок на горячую линию по поводу длительного ожидания в очереди ничего не дал. Хочу заметить, что в отделении 28 была абсолютно противоположная ситуация, так что не все потеряно.

Ужасные очереди, хотя ничего нового... Если клиента по номерку нет, следующего не вызывают, а сидят - расслабляются минут 10. Передо мной только по моей букве (А) 16 человек. При этом работают 4 окна.
