Придя забрать посылку, простоял пол часа из-за медленного обслуживания других людей, и когда включая меня, осталось стоят 3 человека, нам просто сказали "Я закончила работать", без предупреждения заранее что все кто останутся не получат посылки. Просто поставили перед фактом, когда осталось всего 3 клиента, которые прождали до этого много времени. Отвратительное обслуживание

Очередей нет(будни, 16.00). Подсказали по посылке все подробности. Некоторые улицы теперь обслуживаются на Центральной.

Жуткие очереди - до 25 человек, хотя по правилам почты не допускается больше 5 ожидающих человек в одно окно, сама очередь не помещается в здании и людям приходится стоять на морозе по 30-40 минут. Если ты пришел в 5:20 отстоял на улице очередь - ровно в 6:00 перед твоим лицом закроют окошко и на все просьбы все-же выдать посылку - работник начинает жаловаться на то какая жизнь несправедливая и что больше никто не захочет горбатится кроме нее на почте за 14000 рублей. Обслужить оставшихся 6 человек у работников заняло бы от силы 10 минут - но они принципиально игнорируют людей. Отвратительное обслуживание...
