Хорошее отделение почты, вежливые сотрудники, но бывают очереди

В этом отделении всегда много посетителей, постоянно очередь т.к.почта находиться на Среднем проспекте у дороги и тут большая проходимость людей. Место мало в зале для ожидания очереди. Этого не изменить конечно. Поэтому надо увеличить коллектив сотрудников для быстрого движения.

Почтовое отделение, где никогда не хватает сотрудников и поэтому приходится долго стоять в очереди в окно, где выдают пенсию. И никому не советую выписывать здесь газеты с доставкой, проще купить в киоске, а не тратить нервы. Мне выписанное доставляли не вовремя, вообще не доставляли - приходилось самой ходить туда, теряли. И самое интересное, что с этим ничего не поделать, ответ у начальника один - приходите к нам работать))))) В общем ужасно!!!

Ждал посылку полтора месяца (мелкий пакет заказное с Сингапура), пришло уведомление. Прихожу на почту, мне говорят что потеряли!!! Как так то?? Забрали моё извещение заполненное мною с подписью... Ни посылки ни извещения!!!

Это претензия не к конкретному отделению даже, а к Почте России в целом. Как можно не иметь пакетов для бандеролей в течение двух недель? Я, пусть и с трудом, нашла, где они все-таки были и теперь в это отделение исключительно из любопытства: привезут или нет? Я все понимаю, но две недели? Неужели людям настолько наплевать на свою работу?
