Постоянные очереди! Посетители долго ждут, наплыв народа большой. Операторы не справляются и из-за этого нервничают, а люди из-за долгих очередей ссорятся между собой за очередь и ругаются с операторами! Нужна как минимум электронная очередь и дополнительное окно с оператором!

Не приняли оплату наложенного платежа картой. Закрылись на 4 минуты раньше. Не смог получить посылку в нужный день, теперь не смогу её забрать вообще по причине отъезда. Будет потеряно более 2000 рублей, чтобы возместить отправителю расходы на две доставки.
