Маленькое помещение,1-2 сотрудника,вечно занятые,приходишь как на экзамен,не слишком добродушные,смотрят не добро,народу бывает частенько очень много

Отвратительное отделение! Обратилась сегодня за услугой переадресации корреспонденции. Сотрудники, начиная от оператора и заканчивая руководителем, оказывать услугу сначала отказались, мотивируя это тем, что мне нужно в другое отделение обращаться. Позвонила на горячую линию, засуетились, где-то выяснили, что можно все-таки и к ним. А про то, что административная и судебная корреспонденция под эту услугу не попадает - слова не сказали, узнала об этом от сотрудника горячей линии. Также в отделении не знают тарифы на эту услугу.

Ничем особо не примечательное отделение почтовой связи. Работают так же, как и везде, люди там вежливые, нормальные, могут без проблем подсказать что-то, если возникнут вопросы.

Нереально дозвониться до этого отделения!То занято, то трубку снимают!!! Обслуживание ужасное, чем и занимаются там!!!

Что за чудеса произошли с почтой ! Как-то постоянный клиент - 2-3 часа превратились в пару минут ! Открыто два окна , появился порядок . Все же все порядок начинается с главы ! Спасибо новому руководителю !
