Отношение к отделению почты 142407 крайне негативное! Про состояние зала я вообще молчу-оно просто ужасно! Теперь про работу сотрудников:девочки-операторы вежливые,но не могут дать компетентный ответ. Думала,что начальник отделения ответит на вопрос,почему вернули посылку.Отвечала грубо,неохотно,как-будто я спрашивала не по ее работе! Говорит-не знаю,почему вернули! На горячей линии сказали,надо написать претензию на необоснованный возврат,бланки должны быть в почт отделении. Алейчик С Б ответила-нет у у нас таких бланков -обращайтесь к юристу.Потом в конце концов дала бланк заявления на международные почтовые отправления.Теперь ждем ответа. Но что-то не верится,что мы его получим,если работают такие де сотрудники,как Алейчик! Появилось желание вообще никогда туда не ходить! Дааа! Погибает Почта России!

Не приходят уведомления о том что посылка доставлена в отделение почты. Требуют заплатить, что бы забрать посылку которую вот вот должны были отправить. Ужас.
