Отделение почты состоит из 2 х этажей, автомат который выдаёт номерки находится на 2м этаже, на 1м живая очередь, в которой вечно все дерутся кто первый пойдёт. Из сотрудников на 1м этаже есть одна дама лет 50 худая такая в очках, очень не любит свою работу и людей. На втором этаже такой же мужчина работает, даже не стал искать заказ когда услышал, что среди цифр есть буква, неправильно говорит и все. Я что виновата, что алиэкспресс такой номер дали? По адресу даже искать не захотел. Две посылки потерялись. Один плюс почте, что придумали Упрощенный вариант выдачи посылок, иначе это вообще был бы ад.

У Почты есть свой отдельный вход, она занимает два этажа. Но на первом этаже не хватает каких-то надписей и указателей, поэтому я прошла мимо непримечательной двери и поднялась по лестнице на второй этаж. На втором этаже, как оказалось, можно что-то купить (конверты, марки, открытки и проч.), отправить и получить заказные письма. Ещё там находится Почта банк (неведомая для меня штука 😄). А все, что связано с посылками - приём и выдача, находится на первом этаже, поэтому меня "спустили с лестницы") шучу, конечно. Вполне себе вежливо объяснили и направили. Разобравшись с этим, я спокойно смогла отправить посылку. Персонал вежливый, приятные женщины. В целом, общее впечатление хорошее, сняла звезду за отсутствие опознавателей внизу, напишите там хоть что-нибудь.
