Внешне здания прошёл ремонт корпус теперь как новый но внутри почты хотелось бы чтобы соответствовало бы. Коллектив работников хороший. Вежливые и внимательные подскажут и объяснят но помещение давно требует ремонта да и прохладно зимой а летом душно в зале тесновато заходишь как в сельский магазин . Но обслуживание на уровне

Старое совковое оформление - новые технологии. Похоже на магазин всего подряд небольшой (еда, журналы)... Обычно большая очередь... из-за этого получившим посылку просьба не задерживаться, занимая место, а выйти поскорее оттуда (да и желание такое-то само появится вполне).

Хорошее отделение почты, но не без вопросов к сотрудникам. Например, консультировалась у одной смены касательно получения почты за другого человека по доверенности — мне сказали, что в свободной форме, но главное, чтобы была печать. Прихожу через два дня с такой бумажкой, выданной мне на год, с печатями и визами фирмы, а у меня после передачи мне посылок её забирают со словами, что она разовая. О чём никто мне не сказал, хотя я просила пояснить все тонкости. Или другой случай, когда я отправляла посылку по области со своего адреса на другой (это важно). О курьерах речи не шло. Но — да, всё верно — с чего-то сотрудница решила, что он нужен. В итоге когда курьер приехал на адрес, не позвонив заранее, там адресата не было. Посылку в итоге забирали в отделении почты (как и было запланировано), но на неделю позже из-за всех этих мотаний с курьерами.
