Отвратительнейшее отделение почты на Неманском проезде!Был на почте по адресу Москва,Неманский проезд 9 123592 два раза — вчера 2.05.17 после 17—00 и сегодня 3.05.17 после 13-00- во всех окошках огромные очереди по 10 человек часть стоит,часть сидит по углам,кто-то ушел на время,все кто стоят и сидят нагло врут или хамят — узнать реально кто последний или следующий сложно, так как часть клиентов уходит и часть приходит, причем приходят знакомые пенсионеров — которые не стояли и из-за этого хамс тва и вранья невозможно выстоять очередь и понять за кем стоять, так как постоянно идет подтасовка фактов и те кто сидят на стульях в особенности начинают сначала одно говорить потом другое и в этом безумии просто невозможно находится — сотрудники не работают — постоянно куда-то бегают покурить или чай попить, ведут себя нагло и им нет дела до проблем с огромными очередями и безумием и враньем,которое творится в этом отделении.Примите меры, пусть менеджер в зале следит за очередью и выдает талоны если не можете талонные терминалы поставить. – показать

Одно из лучших отделений почты. Электронная очередь в наличии. Если создаются очереди за посылками в помощь всегда подключаются дополнительные сотрудники на выдачу тех же посылок и очередь моментально спадает. Не теряли посылки. Отличная доставка. Почему все отделения почты не могут быть такими же? Спасибо сотрудникам этого отделения за работу
