Все операции в порядке очереди без задержек, оперативно. Информацию можно получить в автоматическом режиме, а это время экономит. Есть свои нестыковки. Но пусть кинут в меня камень у кого их нет! Люди они и есть люди.

А я доволен: с момента подхода к стойке оператора до получения посылки - прошло 45 секунд! Использую штрих-код для получения посылок из приложения и это СИЛЬНО ускоряет процесс. Да, стоял в электронной очереди минут 7, но получил все очень быстро. Я так понимаю, залог быстрого обслуживания - это подготовить всю информацию через приложение сидя дома, а в отделении уже закончить технические моменты. Секрет раскрыт )

Родное отделение! Вежливый и квалифицированный персонал девочек-сотрудниц! Всегда помогут, улыбнуться, даже самым "капризным и заряженным на скандал" клиентам будут спокойно, за счёт своих нервов, объяснять, помогать, улыбаться. ОСОБЕННО ХОЧУ ОТМЕТИТЬ РАБОТУ АДМИНИСТРАТОРА АГАМЯН НУНЕ!!! Без чётко выстроенной работы администратора не бывает слаженной работы команды. Уважаемая НУНЕ АГАМЯН! Благодарю за Ваш нелёгкий труд, внимание и заботу к каждому клиенту отделения почты! Все вопросы, недомонимания или возникшие проблемы решаются быстро и позитивно! Девиз отделения почты России 117485 - "БЫСТРО, ВЕЖЛИВО, КАЧЕСТВЕННО". Огромная благодарность всем девочкам - операторам за радость общения с ними! Работа слаженная, взаимовыручка. Электронная очередь идёт быстро. Всем, кто пишет отрицательные отзывы, хочу сказать, - следите за собой, это клиент создаёт очередь," докапывается" до сотрудников по причине собственного превосходства и слабоумия! Сколько раз была свидетелем, когда клиент то истерит, то орёт, то оскорбляет, сотрудниц, а они вежливо продолжают доносить информацию и объяснять, объяснять, объяснять . Самая сложная работа, - это работа с людьми. Так вот, персонал отделения почты России 117485 выполняет свою онелегкую работу на самом высоком уровне обслуживания населения! Спасибо, родное отделение!
