Все операции в порядке очереди без задержек, оперативно. Информацию можно получить в автоматическом режиме, а это время экономит. Есть свои нестыковки. Но пусть кинут в меня камень у кого их нет! Люди они и есть люди.

А я доволен: с момента подхода к стойке оператора до получения посылки - прошло 45 секунд! Использую штрих-код для получения посылок из приложения и это СИЛЬНО ускоряет процесс. Да, стоял в электронной очереди минут 7, но получил все очень быстро. Я так понимаю, залог быстрого обслуживания - это подготовить всю информацию через приложение сидя дома, а в отделении уже закончить технические моменты. Секрет раскрыт )

Очень хорошо и быстро стали работать после реформирования и перепрофилирования. Плюс ремонта самого отделения. С год разад, поход на почту был пыткой и потерей как минимум 3-4 часов жизни. Всегда брал выходной в этот день. Теперь все иначе. Пришел, отправил посылку, ушел. 15-20 минут. Все удобно и быстро. Отделение рядом с домом. И сотрудники перестали хамить и грубить. Видимо зарплаты стали хоть чуть выше:-)
