Пора сделать ремонт! Очень уж в удручающем состоянии помещения, плитка под ногами отваливается, штукатурка со стен падает! Сотрудники молодцы, спасибо вам!!!

Пришла на почту сообщить о переезде с Царицыно в Новокосино. Решить вопрос с посылками которые ещё в пути. Есть услуга, Платная в месяц около 350 рублей, что посылки пришедшие на старый адрес (Ц), будут пересылаються к Вам на новый (Н),который вы укажите в заявлении. Все написала, оформила, заплатила. Мне приходит от уведомление от магазина, где заказывала,что посылка пришла в пункт назначения (Ц), на это почту(старую-Ц) она там пролежала месяц!!!! Деньги заплатила, а проинформировать почта не желала и пересылку на новый адрес (Н) не сделала. Только позвонили,когда срок хранения посылки на почте истёк. Объяснила им ситуацию, снова записали мой адрес. Жду теперь на новый адрес, почту.

Очень люблю нашу почту из-за людей,девочки,женщины) все приветливые,всегда всё чётко по делу,никаких задержек,очень приятно туда приходить,но...нужен ремонт,как же можно в таких условиях работать?Как после бомбёжки и это Москва и это 21 век!!!
