Операторы без перчаток и масок, таможенный платёж с посылки в 15т.р., 18₽ (не забывайте про комиссию и оплату только наличными!)не понятно за что, типа таможня так рассчитала, видимо у них свой курс евро. В итоге без оригинала паспорта который необходимо дать в руки оператору посылку забрать не получится. Ужас! При этом посылка бала заказана через доставкой DHL с доставкой до квартиры! Отвратительное отношение!

Персонал ужасный!! Отстояла очередь, чтобы купить коробку, безналичную оплату не приняли, на ответ что у меня нет с собой наличных женщина, с невозмутимым лицом сказала «это не мои проблемы, идите снимайте в банкомат» На сайте написано, что безналичный расчет ЕСТЬ.

После замены начальника и персонала данного почтового отделения отправка и получение превратились в пытку. Работники настолько медленно работают, что половина клиентов разбегается. Если раньше очередь в пять-шесть человек была только при выдачи пенсии и оплате квартплаты, то теперь постоянно. Раньше три сотрудника справлялись со всей работой, теперь сначала раздают посылки, после обеда принимают – ссылаясь на нехватку людей.Впечатления от работы ОТВРАТИТЕЛЬНОЕ. Отделение стало напоминать различные чиновничьи конторы. Сидишь и ждёшь пока у «товарищей» проснется желание работать.Таких начальников и сотрудников надо гнать взашей.Наверное, да же при пожаре они будут выбегать медленно и степенно. – показать
