Надо отдать должное - спустя много лет и много жалоб жителей Мосрентгена - на почте таки многое меняется к лучшему! Добавились люди, похоже сменилось руководство, теперь всегда минимум 2 человека обслуживают - один на письма, второй на посылки, очередей стало меньше. Конечно же, сильно ускоряет все работа нового молодого человека - старые сотрудники видимо оказались не способны справиться с компьютером, сканером и упрощенным получением через приложение или СМС! Спасибо ему за это!

Отделение не понравилось. Малюсенькое помещение. Не удобный вход (крутая лестница). Неизгладимое впечатление приводит персонал, который, не смущаясь посетителей почты, употребляет ненормативную лексику и обсуждает своих коллег в очень уничижительной форме.
