Отвратительные сотрудники. Грубят, на вопросы не отвечают. Разворачиваются и уходят. В очереди стоят люди, ждут посылки, квитанции, письма, а их не колышет. Они даже разговаривать с тобой не хотят. Только крик разносится, что они больше не обслуживают никого до обеда. Нет уважения.

Сколько раз был в этом отделении, всегда обслуживает 1 работник по 4 человека в час. Не рекомендую связываться с этой конторой.

Здравствуйте. Я официальный представитель Почты России в социальных сетях. Работа в отделениях организуется исходя из возможности предоставления услуг почтовой связи имеющимся штатом работников. Сотрудники отвечают на звонки в свободное от основной работы время. Специфика оказания почтовых услуг не позволяет регламентировать время на оказание услуги, так как каждая операция, проводимая работниками отделения, требует различных временных затрат с учетом опыта, навыков и возможностей сотрудников отделения связи, что может приводить к возникновению очереди в отдельные промежутки времени. Примите извинения за доставленные неудобства. Если Вы столкнулись с длительным ожиданием обслуживания в почтовом отделении, рекомендую позвонить на бесплатную горячую линию по телефону 8-800-2005-888, выбрать в голосовом меню пункт 6 и ввести индекс почтового отделения. По обращению будет проведена проверка служебная проверка.
