Работают хамки! Бабушке не принесли пенсию в положенный день, хотя она весь день ждала дома у окна! Пошла вторая неделя как о ней никто не вспоминает! Позвонила на почту, слушать не стали трубку бросили. Желаю вам такого же обслуживания в других социальных сферах, как вы оказываете!!!

Самое отвратительное отделение!!!! Посылки приходят и лежат там месяц молча!!! Ни кто не удосужился прислать хотя бы уведомление!!!! Потом якобы обратно высылают и перед этим звонят и об этом говорят что ваша посылка уехала!!! Такое ощущение что посылки забирают себе,ладно стоит копейки а если бы что то ценное, то можно по прощаться сразу. Причем крайних не найти все стоят глазами хлопают, видимо руководство в курсе всех действий сотрудников!

Почта России конечно, но лучше, чем все частные службы доставки. Сейчас это ещё и продуктовый магазин с ассортиментом товаров и почтальонами в качестве продавцов.

Они исправились! Теперь адекватный рабочий график, почти нет очередей и операторы как-то живее работать стали. Была там 4 раза в этом году и диву даюсь))

Я заказала товар из Китая в июне. Не могу дождаться. Но в августе мне звонят с почтового отделения и говорят, что моя посылка лежит там уже давно. Но ОПОВЕЩЕНИЕ МНЕ НЕ ОТПРАВИЛИ.
