Это какой-то кошмар. Мое емс-письмо с документами 21 день не может дойти до адресата в Германии. И это у нас называется "быстрая доставка". Все сроки упущены, огромные финансовые потери из-за того, что доверилась нашей почте. Нужно было выбирать менее проверенных, очевидно. Абсолютно разочарована в вас.

Что за ерунда, постоянно, очередь 50 человек, не меньше!!!! Отключили электронную очередь, посадили стажёра , в нынешней ситуации собирать столько людей!!! Что за беспорядок!!!

Не знаю, что почта делает с работницами, но они стали веселыми и дружелюбными. Раньше каждый поход был рулеткой хамства, а сейчас вообще никаких намеков. Здание очень старое и без ремонта (покраску стен в нездоровый цвет и поклейку обоев делали явно до захода почты), оборудование совсем немного моложе, в тамбуре с абонентскими ящиками адская тепловая завеса. Один раз я перепутала номера ящиков и открыла своим ключом чужую ячейку - к вопросу о защите корреспонденции. Терминал с талонами давно не функционирует, посидеть можно на нескольких стульях - ну хоть все три окна обычно работают, так что дольше получаса не стоишь. В 2ГИС написано, что принимают только наличные - так вот за наличные продают проездные и принимают оплату разных ЖКХ, а оплатить посылки и все многообразие сопутствующих товаров можно и картой.
