Добрый день! Сегодня 2 раза ходила на почту, что бы отправить Авито заказ-Машинку каталку и оба раза мне отказали 31 Почтовое отделение г. Иркутск. Сначала не оказалось коробки , подходящей для упаковки каталки (она действительно объемная , но не тяжелая), а во второй раз, когда я упаковала каталку в большую коробку, у сотрудницы почты сломался принтер и она мне отказала в приеме посылки (хотя все уже оформила и паспорт отдала)!!!! Коробку я оставила на почте, но не уверена, что ее отправят...Как можно работать с почтой? Что за произвол????Вы можете как то наладить нормальную работу, раз уж продвигаете услуги почты??? То есть заказ на почте по адресу г. Иркутск ул. Байкальская 141 (31 отделение почты), но квитанцию мне не дали и хотели, что бы я забрала обратно заказ, аргументируя это тем, что у них сломался принтер.Поэтому я сомневаюсь, что заказ будет отправлен, а не выброшен...Заказ я отнесла и оставила на почте сегодня, 29.04.2025г. в 12-40 в 31 почтовое отделение пол адресу г. Иркутск, ул. Байкальская 141.

С каждым посещением все хуже и хуже, понятно, что работать там не кому , но почему я должен терпеть постоянную некомпетентность и грубость сотрудников?невежество в самом чистом виде…постоянно сами , со своей вечно недовольной заведующей , придумывают СВОИ правила работы отделения , глупые, неуместные. Например теперь они выдают посылки ТОЛЬКО по куар коду из приложения. Сначала меня заставляли скачать его, потом , сотрудник , которая очень далека от зачатков интернета , сказала что оно не такое как у нее ( по секрету оно одно) а потом мне просто отдали пакет, даже не спросив паспорта , погрозив пальчиком : в следующий раз без куар кода не отдадим посылку! Что за невежество и маразм? Уважаемая Почта России, займитесь образованием ваших сотрудников, они не знают и не понимают элементарных принципов работы почтового отделения. Но зато правила придумывают новые , постоянно, надоел этот цирк.
