Не знаю, почему все хают сотрудников данной почты, меня всё устраивает. Плачу квитанции, забираю посылки. Иногда бывают затупы с посылками, что не могут найти, хотя по треку, по приложении почта России посылка ожидает в данной почте, но пока не было, чтоб не получил. А с электронной очередью дольше 5 минут не стою.

Специалист Виктория Шербакова , которая меня обслуживала, ужасный сотрудник , не умеет общаться с людьми, не внимательная , нужно было получить перевод , эта дама не заметила его в системе на мою фамилию , мне пришлось бегать домой за извещением , хотя раньше другие девочки без проблем выдавали по паспорту . Но эта дама удивила. В итоге когда я пришла с извещением , оказалось что и без извещения можно было выдать ( так как даже другие ее коллеги сказали - как ты его не заметила !). И все это время эта дама язвила и ехидно улыбалась. Вообщем сочувствую людям , которые с ней столкнутся!

Сейчас с любовью посылки почтой России идут ещё дольше, чем раньше это было. раньше можно было прождать месяца три одну посылку, сейчас вообще по по полгода чтоли ждать будем?
