Действия почтальонов мягко говоря странные, перебросили мелкий пакет через забор, во дворе была собака, содержимое посылки разгрызено и полностью испорчено, ждали уведомление чтоб получить самим. Кто несет ответственность за не полученную посылку и здоровье собаки? Я не немощный человек за 100 граммовым пакетом могу сам сходить, зачем так делать? Администрацию почты прошу принять меры.

К почте претензий нет! Все замечатель, очередей нет, звонят если пришел простой пакет! НО почтальон которая разносит посылки это нечто!!! Простой пакет закинула не по адресу, т.е. к соседям в почтовый ящик. Ну ладно думаю... так она еще распечатала пакет, вынула с посылки стекло (которое пришло на телефон), а оставшийся пенопласт, пакет с фамилией и адресом квартиры оставила на подоконнике в подъезде!!! Кошмар! Зачем так делать!? Позвоните, лучше самой забрать, чем это будет так, да еще что то поврежденное!!! Или пришлите извещение как это делают в других почтовых отделениях. Я бы вообще одну звезду за это поставила!!!
