Два балла - за прошлые приходы- народу не много, очередь двигалась быстро, приветливые сотрудники. Но сегодня что-то пошло не так. Давным-давно терминал не выдает талоны.Такая бедность, может скинуться на бумагу? Вроде и народу в очереди не много было, но ощущение, что время остановилось. Никто вообще никуда не торопится, сотрудники ходят взад-вперед, ведут с посетителями неспешные разговоры. Работало 2 (!) окна. По итогу фактически одно, т.к на втором принимались письма от организации, тоже не спешно. Почему для того, чтобы посетитель расписался за получение письма, он должен его вскрыть и прочесть? А если 5 страниц? Очередь стоит и терпеливо ждет.Наверняка есть какой-то регламент времени на одного посетителя или у окошка можно находится вечно? Почему для получения посылки не достаточно штрих-кода из ЛК Почты России? В ЛК меня убеждают,что можно получить по нему.По факту- вновь достаешь паспорт.У кого-то еще может быть такой же штрих-код кроме меня? Отвратительная организация работы со стороны руководителя, никакого контроля.Из отделения исчезла информация о телефоне горячей линии Почты России, ранее были таблички с призывами звонить, если обслуживание задерживается.

Удивительное событие. Сегодня зашел, очереди нет. А предупредительное и заботливое общение сотрудницы Анжелы оставило очень приятное впечатление. Спасибо!
