Отношение отвратительное, сколько раз приходила, вечно кто нибудь да ругается там. Сотрудники сидят и общаются так, как будто им всем должны и обязаны. Несколько раз заказывала посылки, дак ни одну получить не могу, извещение приходит, тогда когда посылка уже отправлена обратно. Когда заказываю в городе посылки, таких проблем нет. Всегда меняются правила получение, то приходишь с паспортом, то без паспорта, то по смс. И каждый раз что то новое, при этом руками разводят и каждый сотрудник говорит "у нас все так и было". Одним словом вечный дурдом, отвратительное отделение. Про работу отделения это отдельный вопрос. График работы один по факту другой, то вечно закрыто, звонишь уточнаяеш когда будут работать, говорят отделение работает, на деле все закрыто.

Хорошее почтовое отделение, прочли отзывы что были написаны ранее не скажу чтобы кто то хамил или оскорблял, при получении или оплате всегда вежливое обслуживание. График почты как написано так и работают, а если возможны какие-либо проблемы то сотрудники вывешивают дополнительную информацию в виде наклееной записки.

По сравнению с другими отделениями, это просто сказка. Сотрудники адекватные, никто не хамит, правда в последнее время перестали звонить при приходе отправлений. Это минус... Тогда уж извещения носите, хотя звонок удобнее
