Отвратительное отделение! Постоянные огромные очереди, человек по 20. Всех держат на улице, дождь ли, солнце, без разницы. Работают одна, в лучшем случае два оператора. Всё очень медленно, терминал оплаты с карты постоянно не работает. Ходить туда эта та ещё пытка!!!

Самая тормозная служба доставка это почта России, доставка из Москвы до Нижнего Новгорода показал 4 дней, а мне пришло за 12 дней это ужас я расчитывался срок доставка а им поф..., И ещё приехал получать посылки сотрудники хамить относится к клиентам отвратительно говорят что грузовой только приехал мы еще его не принимали, мне смски пришло что можно забирать почта по адресу, зря сколько времени потерял, не рекомендую

Нормальное отделение, судя по предыдущим отзывам тут раньше было не очень, сейчас вполне. Электронная очередь есть, сотрудницы вежливые и внимательные с этим потоком самого разного.

Иногда выдача заказной корреспонденции, в т. ч. посылок, бандеролей, осуществлялась отдельно с заднего входа слева. Теперь все стоят в одну очередь к одному оператору на всех: и на прием платежей, и на отправку посылок, и на продажу конвертов, и на вручение посылок и бандеролей, и на продажу лотерейных билетов, и на продажу печатной продукции... Очередь обычно начинается от входной двери в отделение, иногда за нее переваливает. Примерное время нахождения в очереди - около 2 (двух) часов. Проблема в том, что не хватает сотрудников, - никто не хочет в Нижнем Новгороде работать за 14 тысяч в месяц. Благодаря этому отделению почтовой связи стараюсь ничего не заказывать через интернет, а если заказываю, то договариваюсь с друзьями, которые живут в других микрорайонах, о том что закажу что-то на их адрес.
