Я конечно все понимаю: и то что сотрудникам мало платят и что народу много всегда. Но медленней чем в этом отношении, вас нигде не обслужат. Там как ни зайдешь, всегда дикие очереди, одни бабки, никогда не работает электронная очередь ( по старинке спрашиваешь кто последний)в очереди всегда какие-то скандалы, а ремонт оставляет желать лучшего

Хочу выразить благодарность почтовому отделению 64. Спасибо вам большое работники почты, несмотря на сложную, нервную работу вы выполняете её ответственно. И хотя вам очень сложно сохранять спокойствие, вы проявляете терпение и самообладание. В мудрой книге написано :" Пусть каждый ищет пользы не себе, а другому". ( 1 Коринфянам гл. 10 стих 24). Видно что вы стараетесь так поступать. Приятно приходить в ваше отделение. Желаю вам здоровья и тактичных клиентов.

Ужасное почтовое отделение! Это как раз прототип мультфильма "Зверополис". Тут работают такие же ленивцы, может даже и хуже. Нужны были срочно документы, которые заказным письмом должны были придти. Я прозванивала постоянно и узнавала, нет ли его. Ответ был - нет! А позже, когда пришло извещение, оказалось, что на почте оно уже лежит аж 3 дня! Вот, что за люди такие! Туда видимо отбирают специально таких медлительных и днзинформирующих людей. Некрасиво и ужасно! Позор почте России! И этому отделению во главе!

Обслуживание очень медленное и хамское. лишь некоторые сотрудники могут проконсультировать по каким то вопросам. даже отзывы в жалобной книге ничего не меняет.
