Вырвалась с работы чтобы приехать на эту почту через весь город. На сайте график перерыв с 12.00 до 13.00, а по факту с 12.00 до 14.00. Как то не серьёзно со стороны серьёзной организации. Стояла под дверью час так,как не верная информация на сайте. Потерянное время, а время это ценно.

Вежливый, грамотный персонал! Лично им 5 звёзд! А вот , что касается самого здания такое ощущение, что на дворе до сипор восьмидесятые, вечно зависающие компьютеры 43 года выпуска, какая-то тушонка, килька, стиральные порошки не почта, а пятёрочка какая-то !!!! Из-за этого и постоянно очереди, вместо того чтобы заниматься непосредственно выдачей писем, посылок, пенсий и.д Сотрудники вынуждены отвлекаться на продажу товаров которые к почте вообще никакого отношения не имеют, видемо начальству все денег мало все не нажрутся!!!! Руководсту, и одной звёзды рука не поднимается поставить!!!

Прекрасно работает 17 отделение Почты России. Очень хорошее и качественное обслуживание каждого клиента. Девочки вежливые, понимающие и не грубят. Два года уже обслуживать в этом отделении. Работает одно окно, так они в этом и не виноваты, что ни кто не идет работать за такую мизерную зарплату. Молодцы девчонки, удачи Вам и терпения в вашем не легком труде!!!

Хорошее отделение по персоналу. Всегда быстро и четко. Просьба к руководству - отремонтируйте людям здание, пол скрипит, все старое. Как люди раюотают в таких условиях и с такими нагрузками (отделение просто завалено посылками) и остаются доброжелательными и вежливым??
