В начале июля мне прислали извещение, что до 4 сентября я могу забрать бандероль. Приезжала 23 июля, отделение было спонтанно закрыто на 2 дня. Приехала в начале августа, мне сказали, что уже отправили бандероль назад... мол, правила поменялись, теперь срок хранения месяц. Но никто никак не предупредил! Слова женщины, которая в тот день работала, можно сделать слоганом почты: «Если бы эти документы были бы важными для вас, вы бы из забрали на следующий день!»

Типичная почта. Мне пришло извещение, что бандероль хранится до 1 сентября. Прихожу в первый раз получать - почта закрыта на два дня без предупреждения. Прихожу 12 августа, говорят, что у них изменились сроки, и теперь уже посылки лежат месяц, то есть мою бандероль уже отправили назад. Даже не подумали оповестить, что изменились сроки. На вопрос «что делать, ведь там Бали важные документы?» мне ответили: «Если были бы важные, забрали бы сразу».
