Очень бы хотелось чтобы научили работницу почты относится вежливо к посетителям, (имя её к сожалению не знаю,но женщина в возрасте,полновата, с седыми волосами, с короткой стрижкой, в очках) уже который раз когда я отправляю посылку она грубит, посылку берет брезгливо раздражённо, как будто отправляет посылку за свой счёт или делает мне одолжение 😓😓очень неприятно. Мы пришли с грудным ребёнком отправлять посылку в 17 часов вечера в субботу, рабочий день до 18-00.На что она раздражённо стала высказываться что, надо приходить раньше машину уже отправили и кассу она уже сдала, рабочий день уже закончился . Я сказала ей что мы недавно переехали из Дубны в Кимры и ещё не знаем здешних законов. А там в Дубне, в любое время можно придти до конца рабочего дня и отправить посылку. На что она мне резко ответила :Здесь вам не Дубна.Посылку мы оплатили картой, потому что она сказала, что кассу уже сдала и сдачи у неё уже не будет. Хотя времени было только 17:02(В чеке было написано имя оператора которая нас обслуживала:Гаврилова Галина Викторовна)-фотографии чека я приложила к тексту. После такого обращения я вообще не хочу больше пользоваться услугами этой почты. И вообще куда я должна бежать с грудным ребёнком? В Дубну что ли ехать на такси когда почта рядом? Я этого так не оставлю, буду жаловаться начальству. Если бы такое отношение было первый раз, так это постоянно, она даже когда если даёт листок чтобы расписаться, то швырает его, будто перед ней не человек стоит а животное. .
