Отвратительное отделение, сотрудники почты навязывают платные услуги, отказывают в приёме корреспонденции. Совершенно не образованные не имеющие представления о своих обязанностях кадры. АО Почта России начните уже обучать и контролировать своих сотрудников.

Попросил новый конверт из за ошибки заполнения. А за то что ей пришлось переклеивать марки, хотя никто не просил, - мое письмо с открыткой не отправили а видимо выкинули

Воскресение, один из двух свободных дней в неделю. Очередь 12 человек и ОДИН ! оператор. Очень много времени тратится на ожидание, а выходных всего два! Почему бы в выходные не работать двум операторам?
