Почтовое отделение рядом с нашим домом - приходится скрепя сердце пользоваться... Сделали у нас ремонт, поставили табло с электронной очередью, талончики теперь берут все - а ситуация не меняется... Есть 2 двери - одна на отправку писем, посылок, оплату счётов, получение посылок... А вторая дверь - на получение заказных писем. В первой народа всегда куча, во второй - никого... Интересно, можно ли как-то распределить нагрузку, чтобы и сотрудникам было полегче, и людям ждать меньше часа? Я понимаю, что работник почты - работа тяжёлая и зачастую неблагодарная, но над этикетом и доброжелательностью хорошо бы поработать... Потому что даже если ты ждал час, но тебя встречают с тёплой улыбкой и стараются сделать посещение почты приятным, то все равно это сглаживает негатив от длительного ожидания... А тут выходит, что и ждёшь долго, и как будто тебе одолжение делают, что вообще принимают твоё письмо / посылку... Очень маленький выбор марок, маленьких наборов ( которые мне лично больше всего нужны для отправки в подарок ), я тут вообще не видела Огромный минус, что нет оплаты картами... Ближайший сбербанк - у метро и чтобы мне сходить на почту, нужно тащиться к метро, а затем возвращаться обратно к дому Ну и про сроки доставки я молчу, некоторые открытки на посткроссинге идут мне 3 (!!!) месяца из Европы
