Это просто безобразие. Отправила обращение через электронную приемную. Ничего найти не могут. Зачем нужны эти приемные? Записаться на прием можно только через госуслуги. Как пенсионерам записываться?

После смерти моего отца ходил в это здание за компенсацией. Мне понравилось что работники очень вежливые и сдержанные, сами понимаете сколько туда ходит людей и особенно пожилых. Так вот, мне очень понравилось отношение к людям этих сотрудников.

В кабинетах сидят бабки с советских времен и с таким же советским мировоззрением в отношении обслуживания клиентов. Нахамить, нагрубить и послать, не решив ни один вопрос- это девиз данной конторы. Причём данный балаган царит как в системе физ.лиц, так и юр.лиц. Каждая единица не знает свой элементарный функционал - для чего нужен один документ в работе и для чего другой, не говоря уже о законодательстве.
