Открыт вклад в этом отделении и счёт - веду бизнес через Альфу. Удобно расположенное отделение, работают, в отличии от многих, довольно шустро. Портфель предложений тоже достойный - при желании каждый найдёт по себе. Плюсом, что есть возможность аренды ячеек (пользовался несколько раз) и работают в выходные, что немаловажно. Отделение хорошее.

Очень был удивлен, тем что при работе с пространством у арендаторов не возникло понимания слова Комфорт, приходишь просто перевод осуществить и понимаешь что если бы было ещё человек 5 и очередь была бы на улице и лучше подумать и пойти домой и воспользоваться другими средствами перевода и с комиссией.

Реально отвратительное отделение. Работают надменные хамки и хамы. У меня премиум обслуживание, люблю Альфа банк за Хороший подход к Клиентам. На моей практике это первое отделение когда обслуживают настолько ужасно. Если есть возможность посетить другое отделение, лучше сделайте так, чем идти сюда )

Очень медленное обслуживание. Заказала карту на сайте Альфа банка, дождалась смс о готовности, а когда пришла получать начались проблемы - нет в базе заявки, не можем найти вас по данным паспорта, не можем найти вашу карту. Больше часа времени потратила! Ужасное обслуживание! У сотрудников нет бейджиков!
