Позвонив по телефону горячей линии, я не получила ответа ни на один интересующий меня вопрос. Раздраженная женщина перенаправляла меня на другие номера телефонов, по которым никто не отвечал. На повторную просьбу ответить на мой вопрос оператор горячей линии просто обхамила меня. Отвратительное отношение. Таким хамкам просто нельзя работать с людьми!
