Дозвониться не реально, при звонке дерзят, говорят чтобы разбирались сами.

Позвонили в МФЦ 24.12 уточнить готов ли паспорт,ответили что нет. Перезвонили 29.12 ответили что б приезжали.В месте с паспортом отдали старую регистрацию по месту пребывания. Должны были заменить старую регистрацию со старой фамилией на новую с новой фамилией. В ответ на наши претензии ответили что б мы сами ехали по адресу Институская д. 4 и там Вам помогут это по их вине не было исправлена фамилия в регистрации. Приехали на Институскую д.4, где на нашу просьбу ответили что и так все хорошо что документы если их все сразу подавать то можно понять что фамилия изменилась и в регистрации не обязательно это указывать. На вопрос почему не поменяли данные в регистрации вместе с паспортом, ответили что база данных в тот момент не работала. Сотрудник предложила оставить все и прийти после праздников, мы отказались. Потребовали справку в том что данные в регистрации не были внесены по их вине, после этого регистрацию сделали в течении 3 минут. Паспорт выдали 29.12 а готов был 19.12 хотя им звонили и нам сказали что он не готов

Впечатления отвратительные. Ни по одному номеру никто трубку не берет. Зачем козе баян? Он мешает заниматься делом.
