График работы на сайте и в реальности не совпадают. В графике работы на самом учреждении написано, что работают без перерыва, а по факту то их просто в кабинете нет, то на обеде, то ещё что-то. 5 раз приезжаю,потому что нет возможности сидеть и ждать весь день, чтобы получить и подписать адресную справку. По субботам перед окончанием рабочего сотрудников уже нет. Времени теряется уйма.

Простояла в очереди с 10 месячным ребенком, для того чтобы подать документы на получение паспорта старшему сыну, итог 2 часа в очереди, изначально спросила реквизиты, чтобы оплатить госпошлину, чтобы время не терять, опять стоим, в итоге говорят система не работает, спустя полтора часа говорят что будут так принимать, на мой вопрос ответили по хамски, все бы ничего заходим она говорит идите заполняйте платно бланк, пошли, очередь потеряли, не могу понять не ужели нельзя было сразу сказать когда отправляли госпошлину оплатить. Люди когда мы будем добрее и вежлевее к друг другу.
