Я давно не слышала фразы "Вас много, а я одна", пятилетний паспорт, срок изготовления месяц, подача документов 4 фквраля, 5 марта - не готов, 6 марта - не готов, 10 марта, поднимаюсь в 41 кабинет, на вопрос когда будет готов, получаю ответ " Я еще не печатала, у меня времени нет. Вы видите я на приеме сижу" Вылет у ребенка 20 марта, уточняю когда будет готов. Получаю ответ "Когда захочу, тогда напечатаю". После моего обещание найти начальника, было сделано несколько звонков, и мне предложили прийти в пятницу. Уточняю: "Точно в пятницу?", получила кокетливый ответ "Ну не знаю". У меня вопрос к руководству, почему мой ребенок может пострадать в результате халатного отношения их сотрудников? И кому мне предьявлять притензии в случае срыва поездки?

Удобное расположение, недалеко от метро, всегда много народу и неуравновешенных людей. Обслуживание хорошее, но ждать долго и присесть негде, помещение маленькое, но когда нужно получить услугу и это стерпишь. Услуги разные, и права и паспорта, и коммуналка, ПФ, налоговая. Все услуги есть.
