ЦАО 3 - ШАРАЖКИНА КОНТОРА в самом центре Москвы! Граждане, если эти "государственные служащие" нарушают ваши права - подавайте на них иски в СУД! гос пошлина НЕ платится! иски в доступе в инете. ГОСУДАРСТВЕННЫХ ДЕНЕГ НЕТ, ЕСТЬ ДЕНЬГИ - НАЛОГОПЛАТЕЛЬЩИКОВ. Деятельность служб приставов финансируется из БЮДЖЕТНЫХ / налогоплательщиков средств. 06 НОЯБРЯ 2019 ЦАО 3 Москвы открыто исполнит произв 168968/19/77055. Алименты с отца – миллионера на содержание МАЛОЛЕТНЕГО ребенка – жертвы ВООРУЖЕННОГО конфликта. Ст. 211 ГПК РФ: алименты подлежат НЕМЕДЛЕННОМУ исполнению. Прошло ПЯТЬ МЕСЯЦЕВ !!! За это время пристав ПОКАТОВА с должника – миллионера с задолженностью по алиментам порядка миллиона рублей взыскала аж 10 000 рублей (ДЕСЯТЬ ТЫСЯЧ рублей). Покатова – спит, служба идет. И пусть весь мир подождет! По состоянию на 29.03.2020 года приставом ПОКАТОВОЙ НЕ расчитана ДАЖЕ сумма задолженности по алиментам с 2010 года (прошло ПЯТЬ МЕСЯЦЕВ!!! ) ПОКАТОВА даже аресты на НЕдвижимость должника НЕ наложила!!! Собянин нам в новостях рассказывает о стремительном развитии Москвы - а по факту, такие БЮДЖЕТНЫЕ службы как ЦАО 3 - ТОПЯТ Москву. Дармоеды. Должник НЕ в розыске, НЕ скрывается, владеет движимым и Недвижимым имуществом – но пристав ПОКАТОВА даже с такого платежеспособного должника НЕ хочет взыскать задолженность по АЛИМЕНТАМ с 2010 года. ЦАО 3 - это БОЛОТО в самом центре Москвы. Министерство юстиции, ау?! Для пресечения подобного мной подан в суд ИСК о признании бездействия пристава . не служба, а бюджетное ПОЗОРИЩЕ в самом центре Москвы! Руководство Миюста, мер Москвы, администрация Президента - обратите внимание на это недоразумение в самом центре Москвы и примите надлежащие меры к нерадивым сотрудникам для пресечения подобных бездействий в будущем. В постсоветском пространстве подобного позорища уже давно не встречала.

Самое дебильное учреждение. Ни дозвониться, ни дописаться и не дождаться. Пристав Ладехина С. Б. Оплатил ИП, но на сайте так и висит. Полный беспредел.
