Мы купили лампы, мастера сказали,что они при монтаже объекта не понадобятся,цена вопроса 3110 руб включая доставку 350 руб. По телефону 495/7141375 человек не представляясь,не слушая,грубо отвечая -бросает трубку. Я так понимаю,что возврат товара в этом магазине не предоставляется. Т.е статья 26.1 ЗЗПП о дистанционной торговле в этом магазине не работает. Делайте выводы...покупать или не покупать.

Заказывал осрам флора 15 вт, потому что в Минске таких найти не получилось. Доставка транспортной компанией сдэк. Хотел оплачивать при получении, выбрал это на сайте интернет магазина. На почту пришло, что наложные платежи не проходят в другие страны, пришлось вносить предоплату целиком. Также в письме предупредили, что нужно заплатить еще 75 рублей за пластиковую трубу для лампы, чтоб не разбилась, внесли это в мой заказ, ничего дополнительно искать не пришлось. Упакована была действительно хорошо, и в трубу, и в пупырку.

Интересный интернет-магазин. Это если описывать приличными словами. Нужны были две редкие специальные дорогие лампочки. Предзаказ я могу понять. Не могу понять почему сначала "на складе есть одна" Потом "не смогли найти, закажем две" И как итог "привезли только одну" И это всё выясняется в день выдачи. Когда проехал большую часть пути. На сайте хорошо и подробно описан путь к самовывозу. Но почему то нигде не указан один интересный момент. Туда нельзя попасть пешком. Есть только заезд для автомобилей. То есть что пройти туда пешком необходимо перейти по 4(!) Полосам без пешеходно перехода. На месте мне выдали лампочку, чек... И всё. Спрашиваю - возможно ли закать ещё? Да. По старой схеме - предзаказ. У меня ушло на дорогу 1.5 часа. В одну сторону. О том что бы извиниться или как то объяснить почему так получилось видимо никому даже в голову не пришло.
