Не связывайтесь ни в коем случае!!! Хочу всех предостеречь от работы с К.Е. и его многочисленными компаниями. В ноябре 2013 года заключила два договора, полностью все оплатила. Когда подошел срок поставки, каждый день кормили обещаниями, что вот-вот на днях, честное слово. Спустя несколько недель клятвенных обещаний и заверений написала претензию. В ответ мне было направлено письмо, из которого следовало, что я якобы не доплатила и именно из-за этого договорные обязательства не исполняются. После долгой переписки пришлось обратиться в суд, разбирательства в котором проходили в течение 7 месяцев. В суде К.Е. отрицал факт получения денег, утверждал, что полностью произвел поставку по одному из договоров, однако впоследствии в Мосгорсуде признал, что деньги получал, а поставка была не полной. На данный момент есть решение суда, но денежных средств на расчетном счете не достаточно, а в собственности Белозерцева нет ничего. При встрече он мне сказал, что будет банкротиться, и получить с него что-либо будет очень сложно. Пострадавших от действий К.Е. очень много, эту информацию можно проверить на сайтах районных судов и Мосгорсуда. В УВД по ЮЗАО ГУ МВД России по г. Москве было подано большое количество заявлений о мошенничестве. К.Е. неоднократно привлекался в качестве подозреваемого и давал объяснения. многие заказывают У остком продукцию Окна Петровчич из словении. Окна, двери и ставни у них очень красивые. Уточнила у остком, можно ли их заказать - они подтвердили. Запросила информацию у самой фабрики в Словении. Они пишут, что очень давно не работают с Остком из-за их долга. То есть окна сделали, но деньги клиентов остком тогда не перевел, и очень давно им ничего не поставляют. Выводы делайте сами.
