Позвонила договориться о просмотре квартиры,ответил мужчина,коротко : "да!!!" даже не представив свое агентство. растерялась,потому ,что обычно сотрудники представляются, переспросила агент он или собственник ,ответил :"в обьявлении ВООБЩЕ ТО,все написано!!! " ок,ладно. Начала объяснять ,что смотрим дом , внешне нравится,не успела спросить,когда можно будет осмотреть внутри , перебил :" сейчас, вы не можете посмотреть эту квартиру!!!" И все это таким тоном,будто я его сильно раздражаю или отвлекла от важных дел. Спросила почему такой дерзкий, в ответ убил :"Да что вы себе позволяете!!!!!" Положила трубку. Желание иметь дело с такими людьми = 0% Агенство может и хорошее, но сотрудникам надо объяснить,что вежливость , приветливость,всегда в почете,сказать позвонившему человеку :" агенство OST, здравствуйте", труда не составит.

вам все правильно объяснили. И ВНИМАТЕЛЬНО ЧИТАЙТЕ ОБЪЯВЛЕНИЯ на Фар.Посте там все НАПИСАНО! и пожалуйста не перевирайте... вам это не к лицу....

Уже одни ваши ответы характеризуют вашу компанию, как скандалистов. Клиентоориентированность ушла в минус. Обычно ,компании приносят извинения за ,возможно, сложившееся недоразумение ,а не отвечают по хамски используя КАПС. Капс - в интернет общении -означает крик. Так что будьте добры не ОРИТЕ пожалуйста. Для компании ,которая работает в сфере обслуживания это Крах .

Очень довольна подходом к работе данного агенства! Внимание к мелочам, ответственность, добросовестность - это о них. Не единожды пользовалась их услугами и не променяю их ни на какие другие организации, работающие в этой сфере!
