Наш дом находится у дороги и окна старые были, поэтому шум от туда идет очень сильный. Недавно появился ребенок и мы с женой решили поменять окна. В этой компании нам понравились цены, поэтому все заказали здесь. Профиль выбрали Rehau Sib, он морозостойкий и звукоизоляция хорошая. Смотрится белоснежно. Установили окна во всем доме за 2 дня, сделали качественно как для себя: ровно, красиво, без перекосов. Теперь шум с улицы намного меньше стал слышен, мы очень довольны работой и качеством окон!

Хамоватые сотрудники. Невыполнение сроков работ.Затягивание. До менеджера дозвониться невозможно. Мусор не выносят и не увозят, хотя прописано договором. С доставкой и монтажом постоянные накладки. Отвратная фирма.

Заказывала окна в ОСК окна монтажники приехали устанавливать опоздали на 2 часа. Установили вроде все нормально. Мусор за собой на лесечную клетку не хотели выносить, хотя договором это прописано. Через 2 дня в комнате стало очень холодно дуло от болконой двери. Позвонила вызвала технолога. На следующий день дверь отвалилась технолога так и не было. Звоню опять мне говорят, что технолог будет через 2 рабочих дня по плану, а то, что у меня холодно и сейчас на улице еще зима, всем всё равно.... И как жить без окна?!
