Отвратительный персонал , грубый не заинтересованный в помощи человеку , хочешь купить товар, а общение не вежливое! Отдельное замечание директору магазина, которая видимо на работу ели ели приезжает с недовольным лицом и не профессиональным поведением!

Здравствуйте, Кирилл П. Спасибо Вам за отзыв. Вопрос цены , безусловно, важен. Компания поставляет качественную, зарубежную продукцию и сотрудничает с лучшими поставщиками. Мы предполагаем, что если клиент пришел в ОРТЕКУ , значит он пришел за лучшей консультацией и лучшим решением своей проблемы.

Нет уважения и понимания к клиенту. Возникла ситуация когда хотели обменять товар, в ответ получили : что продукция обмену и возврату не подлежит , хотя по закону в течении 2 недель должны принять, тем более товар был в таком же виде. Передали вопрос директору магазина, так это вообще злая женщина какая-то, обиженая на людей по ходу, но самое главное не компетентная! Сейчас еще будем разбираться она ли директор магазина или просто так.. будем писать жалобы во все вышестоящие инстанции!

Здравствуйте, фируза мануэль. Согласно Постановлению правительства РФ от 19.01.1998 No55 возврат и обмен товаров для профилактики и лечения заболеваний в домашних условиях надлежащего качества на аналогичный товар других размера, формы, габарита, фасона, расцветки и комплектации не производятся. Исключения составляют случаи брака изделий.
