заказ 4049086. они перешли на новую систему обработки заказов, насколько я понял. по ней, если вы оплачиваете часть товаров в магазине (и забираете его там же), а часть - получаете доставкой, в итоговой накладной у доставщиков будут все товары (и магазинные, и доставляемые). но сумма к оплате - только за доставляемые (магазинные ведь уже оплачены). и это правильно - так и надо оплачивать. только курьеры это не знают. их логика говорит, что раз товар не доставляется - его надо убрать из накладной. в результате, вместо 7т.р. они мне предлагали заплатить 5.5, т.к. убрали из оплаты уже оплаченный товар (вычтя его и так уже вычтенную стоимость). я им русским языком объяснил, что это ошибка, и чем она вызвана. мне сказали, что это не их дело, пусть разбираются другие. окей, оплатил, забрал заказ, ушел в офис. после этого, ребята таки додумались позвонить менеджеру и, вместо того, чтобы все настроить, сразу попросили меня спуститься. в результате, я, почти час, простоял на улице, в офисных тапочках (февраль на дворе), пока они не понимали друг друга с менеджером магазина (которая не обладает знанием, что где надо кликнуть, чтобы заработало). и это при том, что, по их словам, это - не первая такая проблема. видимо, ребятам скучно, и они так развлекаются.
